We're searching for a "Quality Engineer" under ACC Quality Department Organization with the following requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering Discipline,
• Good command of English, especially for technical documentation and communication.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of AS9100D, IATF 16940 Quality Management System requirements is preferred, internal auditor training or certification will be an advantage.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.
• Knowledge and practical experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA,  CAPA, and NCR management.
• Knowledge of FAI (First Article Inspection) processes is preferred.
• Experience with internal and external audits and corrective action processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
• Experience with inspection and measurement equipment.
• Knowledge in  ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PPAP, APQP, MSA, and SPC is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/QMS systems is an advantage.
• Experience in supplier quality management is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure that production processes and products comply with customer requirements, technical specifications, and applicable quality standards,
• Monitor and improve incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities,
• Identify, analyze, and resolve product and process non-conformities,
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa,
• Prepare, follow up, and close NCR, CAPA, and corrective action processes,
• Participate in FAI (First Article Inspection) activities and ensure the required documentation is completed accurately,
• Support internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions,
• Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular quality reports,
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and AS9100D requirements where applicable,
• Work closely with production, engineering, purchasing, and other departments to prevent quality issues and improve processes,
• Support supplier quality management activities and follow up on supplier-related quality issues,
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve product quality, process capability, and customer satisfaction,
• Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records,
• Ensure compliance with applicable customer-specific requirements and industry standards,
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control plans and process improvement activities.
