We're searching for a "Production Engineer" with the following requirements;

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering  Departments,
• At least 5 years experience in similar position in a global industial company,
• Good Command of English,
• Knowledge in Lean Production Tools,
• Good Communication and Problem Solving Skills, 
• Analytical Thinking and Result Focused Approach,
• Able to travel,
• No Military Obligation for Male Candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitor, control and improve daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are achived,
• Manage production people,  increase operator skills inscope of multifunctionality, following traning necessities of operators and supervisors 
• Analyse production processes and identify areas for improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and other continious improvement tools,
• Prepare and update work instructions, standart operationg procedures(SOP's) and process documentation,
• Increase productivity and decrease losses,
• Monitor key production KPI's and prepare regular performance reports,
• Ensure compliance with quality standarts and customer requirements
