Anatrica is an international trading and investment company operating across industrial sectors with a growing global footprint.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a commercially driven Export Sales Manager who can actively manage and develop existing customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and contribute directly to sustainable revenue growth.
This role is focused on business development, customer relationship management, and sales performance. The Export Sales Manager will be expected to strengthen cooperation with existing customers while proactively identifying and approaching new potential customers in target markets.
Operational execution is managed internally; therefore, the primary expectation from this role is strong commercial capability, market development experience, and the ability to build and grow both existing and new business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree is a must; Chemical Engineering and/or Agricultural Engineering degree is a plus.
- Experience in at least one of the following sectors is a must: Chemicals, Industrial Minerals, Fertilizers, Glass, Ceramics, Mining, Food & Beverages, Animal Feed or Agriculture.
- Advanced level of English is a must; knowledge of French and/or Arabic is a plus.
- Export sales experience in Africa and Middle East markets is a must.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in export sales, international trade, customer management and business development.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in export sales or international sales management.
- Strong commercial capability in managing existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers and increasing sales volume in target markets.
- Knowledge of budget management, international trade processes, export operations, taxation, trade rules and logistics operations.
- Experience in market analysis, competitor monitoring, pricing, product and market evaluations, and sales strategy development.
- Advanced planning and organization skills, time management and strong decision-making ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, positive attitude, sales-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments and strong team management skills.
- Experience in living or working abroad is a plus.
- No obstacle to travel.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired target.Gaining new customers in new markets and increasing sales volume of company.Conducting surveys and market research to analyze changing customer needs.Developing plans and strategies by coordinating with local representatives in Africa to achieve sales targets.Maintaining knowledge of competitor products and activities.Monitoring sales transactions and reviewing customer responses for orders and payments.Providing required activity reports to management.Monitoring day-to-day developments in the market and industry.Ensuring good relationships with distributors and customers.Monitoring market conditions and taking necessary actions to ensure smooth cash flow.Ensuring delivery of orders on time and under agreed conditions.Being familiar with trade rules and logistics operations.Ability to work in multicultural environments and be a strong team player.
