QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 2 year of experience in project management or willing to specialise in this field,
• Good knowledge of MS office,
• Preferably knowledgeable about MS Project,
• Preferably experienced in reporting, planning and organisation,
• Advanced knowledge of English,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To coordinate the relationship between the customer and the team within the scope of contract management,
• To ensure that the meeting minutes are recorded in the calendar module via ERP and shared with the customer by obtaining participant approvals, to follow up the action items via ERP,
• To create project plans with MS Project, to realise resource assignments and to inform the project manager in case of need,
• Entering the tasks recorded during the creation of project plans into the ERP project module, assigning personnel and ensuring that the personnel enter the timesheet for the relevant task,
• Analysing timesheets on a monthly basis via ERP and reporting to the Project Manager and ensuring that improvements are recorded in project planning,
• To schedule the plans created on MS Project according to the contract and to ensure that they are kept up to date via ERP with weekly meetings,
• To coordinate the process in accordance with the procedures through related system and ERP when it is necessary to take delivery of customer property,
• To organise the acceptance test during product delivery, to accompany the test, to keep minutes of acceptance and to organise the delivery process, to share the draft invoice with Accounting after product delivery and to ensure invoicing,
• Identifying deviations from customer expectations and project plans, and giving/receiving updates to the production department regarding delivery dates,
• To follow up emergency actions through ERP, assign tasks to personnel and share the result of the action with the customer,
