We are looking for a ' Executive Assistant ' with the following qualifications;

 Responsibilities

• Assisting the CEO in all management routines, schedule internal and external meetings,
• Planning all calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings, and coordinating related arrangements,
• Taking an active role in corporate communication and social responsibility projects,
• Making worldwide travel / business trip arrangements, preparing, editing, translating correspondence, reports and presentations,
• Maintaining communication between the direct reports of the Group

Qualifications

• University degree in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant position (preferably in an international company)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong coordination, planning, problem solving competency.
