We are seeking an Assistant Training Manager to support the learning and development processes of our employees at our hotel located in the Kadriye region, within the body of Antalya Golf Club.

This position is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking all training processes required by our hotel operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, Human Resources, Educational Sciences, or related fields,

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in training or learning & development within the tourism/hospitality industry,

• Proficient in conducting training needs analysis, as well as designing, planning, delivering, and evaluating training content,

• Experienced in—or enthusiastic about developing skills in—organizing orientation, in-service training, and development programs for hotel staff,

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and feedback,

• Excellent communication skills in training processes, capable of collaborating across various departments,

• Strong team player with the ability to take initiative and assume leadership roles when necessary,

• Proficient in MS Office programs (especially PowerPoint and Excel),

• Excellent command of English,

• Skilled in planning, organization, and time management, with high attention to detail,

• Open to continuous learning and innovative training practices, with the ability to conduct research and develop content as needed,

• Capable of taking an active role in training projects that enhance guest satisfaction and service quality,

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Antalya.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the preparation of the annual training plan for all positions across the hotel,

• Conducting training needs analyses in collaboration with department managers and reporting the outcomes,

• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring the implementation of orientation, mandatory, in-service, and personal development training sessions,

• Preparing and archiving participant lists, attendance sheets, satisfaction surveys, and evaluation forms before and after training sessions,

• Assisting in the preparation and regular updating of training materials (presentations, handbooks, videos, etc.),

• Measuring training effectiveness, reporting results, and developing recommendations for continuous improvement,

• Playing an active role in the orientation processes of new hires and ensuring seamless coordination with relevant departments,

• Ensuring that statutory trainings and company-mandated programs are delivered on schedule and records are kept completely up to date,

• Serving as an internal trainer and delivering training sessions when required,

• Supporting the Training Manager in employee development projects aligned with the hotel’s service quality objectives.
