QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Faculty of Technical Education (Master Degree is a plus),
- Having good experience in Siemens NX CAD Software,
- Preferably knowledge about Siemens Teamcenter Software,
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Trainer and having good teaching skills,
- Preferably knowledge about structural design and product development process,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- No restriction for domestic / international travel,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Çayırova - Istanbul
Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - R&D (CAD Specialist) who will work for Central R&D Directorate.
- The person who will carry the company-wide flag in the CAD field and carry the developments and new tools in the field of CAD to all Arçelik designers with a high vision and passion,
- The person who leads all the trainings and trainers in the field of CAD in the Design Academy, responsible for the quality of the existing ones and the development of new trainings for new needs,
- To prepare training about the following modules in Siemens NX CAD Software, to provide training in Turkish and English; NX Solid Modeling, NX Drafting, NX Assembly, NX Surface, NX PMI, NX Sheet Metal, Basic Teamcenter and etc,
- To provide online or face-to-face classroom trainings in domestic and foreign plants and to evaluate the training,
- Annual Siemens NX CAD Assessments for all domestic / foreign designers,
- To make CAD Workshops,
- Providing technical support on Siemens NX CAD to all designers,
- Leading and participating in R&D project for improving and developing new CAD processes and tools,
- Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.
