QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Associate degree from Occupational Health & Safety or becholar degree in Engineering departmants,
- Minimum 2 years of experince in occupatiolnal health and safety,
- Having Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (C Class) at least
- Paying attention to details, self-disciplined and solution-oriented with strong process management skills,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
This position is located in Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ
**The person starting the job will work on a contract for 6 months
Arçelik is looking for a Associate - Occupational Health & Safety who will work for WAT Motor Company.
- Assisting OHS related audits and ensuring that corrective actions are taken regarding the audit findings together with the relevant units,
- Supporting risk analysis studies of the company,
- Managing allowance of Personal Protective Equipment of Employees (PPE) and to monitoring employees’ PPE usage,
- Cooperating across functions and with business partners to raise awareness of OHS standards and initiatives and drive performance,
- Contributing to and/or planning and executing Occupational Health and Safety performance and related projects,
- Developing and reporting on project objectives, managing project resources such as manpower, financials and other relevant factors.
