Senior Design Engineer - R&D (Mechanical Design)

• Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree is a plus,
• Experience in designing parts with the manufacturing methods of machining and molding,
• Hands-on Experience in Mechanical Part Design/Mechanical Engineering Design,
• Solid Background in mechanics of materials, material science
• Solid Background in machine tools and manufacturing processes
• Having knowledge about selection, calculation and standards of industrial component,
• At least five (5) years of R&D/Project Management experience.
• Excellence in CAD softwares (NX (Preferred), Solid, Catia or Pro/E)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus)
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

İŞ TANIMI

• Design and analysis electric machines for industrial use and home appliances products.
• Validation and verification of electric motors regarding the related standards (EN, IEC etc.) and regulations (VDA, UL, CE etc.)
• Involve in new project/product implementation activities
• Development activities on existing products, (Cost reduction, Quality improvement activities and etc.)
• Building collaboration and customer satisfaction.
