QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, Statistics, or other engineering departments,
  • Minimum 3 years experience of analytics consultancy or analytics projects management.
  • Hands on experiens with MS Excel,
  • Hands on experience with one or multiple of Minitab, SPSS Modeller, Python, R, Knime software programs preferred
  • No military obligation or postponed minimum 1 year.
  • Excellent statistical skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • No restriction to travel,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Arçelik Pazarlama is looking for a Specialist-Geographical Marketing & Retail Analytics who will work for Transformation & Customer Experience Directorate.


  • Manage analytics project with third parties.
  • Identify, co-create, run and manage the solutions in data analytics for retail development strategy need with internal customers.
  • Manage/develop and maintain geographic information systems analysis and modelling
  • Manage data analytics and visualization tools that empower internal customers to take data-informed decisions: dashboards, reports, insightful observations.
  • Run data analysis and models on retail performance metrics to drive sales and marketing teams.
  • Deliver sustainable and actionable management systems through data analytics insights
  • Manage and prioritize retail investment projects including, opening/renewing stores, prioritization needs of different functions.
  • Deliver data and structure data analysis on ad-hoc basis using whatever tools are necessary to complete data needs.
  • Manage data quality and enrichment projects.
