QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 We are looking for "Architectural Project Manager" to join our company's Project Management department, which manufactures wood, metal, and marble furniture for the luxury retail sector.

 Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior architecture.
• Fluency in English. (Must)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field; adequate experience in the project management environment.
• Knowledge and ambition in Luxury Retail projects.
• Essential skills include strategic thinking, and a commercial focus.
• Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and superiors are a must.
• Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with a team.
• Strategic and analytic skills in risk management.
• Solution-oriented thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs; knowledge in MS Project, CAD, and ERP programs.
• No travel limitations.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within the allocated budget and timeframe, overseeing all processes and phases from start to handover.

• Control and review projects and project proposals.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders and detailed work schedules.
• Oversee the planning, SHD & production phases and provide progress reports to the brand
• Hold regular video calls with the brand and partners.
• Monitor the project's cost; keep the cost within the budget.
• Coordinate and execute the site installation of the project.
