Senior UX/UI Designer (F/M/D) - Remote

We are looking for a senior UX/UI Designer (f/m/d) to join our growing corporate group.

Arsipa GmbH is a Germany-wide group of companies specializing in occupational safety, occupational medicine, and environmental protection. Your Tasks:

• Design UX concepts and UI designs for our occupational health ERP system “Medigini,” the customer portal, and additional applications related to occupational safety.
• Develop and expand design systems.
• Create prototypes and click dummies to test new features and user journeys.
• Design and optimize the company's website.
• Work closely with the development, product, and marketing/growth teams.

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience focused on B2B software, ideally with a track record in ERP and/or practice management systems.
• Proficient in using Figma and Jira.
• Basic technical understanding of frontend development and/or at least 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional software development team.
• Eagerness to gain domain and process knowledge in our services (occupational health and safety), independently rethink and optimize user journeys with our business goals in mind and take real ownership of all UX/UI topics.
