Qualifications & Requirements

• Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related fields
• 5 years of related experience in ‘Product Owner’’ role
• Working experience as a product owner
• Having experience in the banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Previous hands-on experience on Agile Product Development
• Previous experience on IT Service Management
• Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, aware of digital trends
• Ability to work with other teams, partners and 3rd parties
• Previous hands-on experience on leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects in a time-bounded
• Basic understanding of Rdbms
• Prior Programming or Design experience is a plus
• A real passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
• A self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit
• Exceptional decision-making and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Write clear user stories, requirement documentation, mockups and acceptance criteria
• Create, develop and manage product backlog based on user requirements, priorities market needs and strategy
• Develop the product vision, strategy & road maps
• Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint
• Determine and drive the MVP (minimal viable product)
• Produce documentation and training to support stakeholders
• Produce release notes
• Participate & support customer launch process
• Make benchmark analysis for the product
• Conduct UAT and product acceptance testing
• Verify required functionality has developed and implemented as per business requirements.
• Manage the sprint cycles
• Track and resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis
• Manage and communicate progress and planning, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure successful product delivery
• Monitor product lifecycle, performance, and key metrics and evolve strategy and enhance offerings based on product performance and market demand
• Use analytical techniques to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to focus on metrics/KPIs for success
• Analyze web & app performance data to monitor product performance
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing web-based application experiences
