Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS or related field
• 5 years relevant experience in a 'Quality and Process Improvement' role
• Participated in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 implementation studies,
• Strong knowledge and experience in ITIL, Service Management Systems, Agile, SDLC,
• Experienced in quality processes and software development processes,
• Being proficient in English at least B2 level

Job description

• To create the necessary policies, procedures, instructions and processes for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Taking an active role in raising awareness about ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards within the company.
• Conducting quality planning studies for standards.
• Conducting internal audits and taking necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyzing IT processes, identifying deficiencies and improvement points and restructuring them accordingly.
• To ensure continuity of quality documents.
