QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree or above with engineering background is must
- Preferably Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical & Material Engineering…
- At least 3 years working experience in industrial sales
- Premium brands selling experience is preference
- Mechanical or Metallurgical engineering, Electronic knowledge is a plus
- PC skill is a must
- Good command on Office Programs is must
- Good English skill in reading & written and spoken is require
- Strong communication and presentation skills with good mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to comfortably present and train large and small groups of people

İŞ TANIMI
Mission:To develop and extend customer base and market share,promote company product & solution to achieve sales revenue target for General Industry (Metal Fabrication & Energy Segments)
Major responsibilities:
Metal Fabrication:
- Foundries
- Metal Production
- Mining MRO
- Rail MRO
- Offshore
- Non Metal Fabrication
- Oil&Gas; Upstream, Midstream, Downstream
- Wind Energy; Equipment & Operations both
- Power Generation; Thermal Power, Hydro Power
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
- Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, line trials, seminars, WTL, line audits, airline audits solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
- Cooperate with customer and project team in customer projects, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
- Cooperate with marketing team in marketing activities and market analysis.
- Collaborate with service, project and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction
- Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & over dues
- Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers and MTBs
- Report timely and accurately(monthly reports, CRM opportunity and activity inputs, weekly forecast file over C4C…)
- Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.
- Build and manage Distributor Alignment with Atlas Coco values throughout common visits, demo organizations and quarterly DRM’s (Distributor Business Review Meeting) while ensure customer satisfaction
