Position Objective 

To manage the sales, marketing, and business development processes in the Turkish market for a wide range of paper and printing materials—primarily POS, ATM rolls, and secure papers—to expand the existing portfolio and develop new corporate customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Implementing sales strategies in the Turkish market for paper and printing materials, secure papers, and consumable product groups. 
• Generating new business opportunities and expanding the customer portfolio across target sectors (banking, retail, public sector, security, printing, and stationery, etc.). 
• Managing existing corporate customer relationships and conducting strategic account planning. 
• Providing the most suitable technical and commercial solutions to customer demands. 
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to provide regular reports to management. 

Qualifications and Candidate Profile 

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of corporate sales and business development experience in paper, printing materials, consumables, or similar industrial sales fields. 
• Network & Connections: An active and robust professional network within the sector (paper manufacturers, suppliers, large-scale printing houses, retail, or banking operational supply networks). 
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, capable of handling international correspondence and potential meetings. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.). 

Competencies: 

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and representation skills.
• Results-oriented; possesses an analytical mindset and strategic vision.
• No travel restrictions; holds a valid Class B driver's license and is an active driver.
