Job Description 

 Autonics Turkey, a South Korean manufacturer of industrial automation products, is seeking a qualified candidate to work at its Istanbul Asian Side office located in Ümraniye / Şerifali.

Sales Support Activities 

* Support the sales activities of Autonics Turkey. 

* Manage customer payment schedules and assist sales representatives with payment collection. 

* Support market research activities requested by headquarters. 

* Process and coordinate special pricing requests submitted by sales representatives. * Provide guidance on project management and support sales contract processes. 

* Manage CRM activities and provide guidance and feedback to the sales team. 

* Place orders with headquarters through the internal system. 

* Manage pre-orders and regular orders based on requests from sales representatives. * Analyze Autonics Turkey’s sales results and activities through regular reports. 

* Support communication between customers, sales representatives, Autonics Turkey, and headquarters. 

 Qualifications 

 - Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department. 

- No restrictions on intercity travel. 

- Good command of written and spoken English. 

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 - Strong communication and teamwork skills.

 - Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. 

- Professional appearance and communication style. 

- Knowledge of Freedom ERP is preferred. 

- Preferably residing near Ümraniye / Şerifali. 

  Note Regarding the Position 

 This position focuses on the execution, coordination, and monitoring of sales support activities rather than strategic sales decision-making.
