This role will report to the Operations Manager of Credit & Lifestyle Protection.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience (Experience in insurance sector is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong articulation skills /attention to details/accurate/analytical
  • Excellent MS Office skills


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support central processing teams on day to day premium processing and invoicing tasks, operate the day to day controls,Invoice sign off and distribution as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Communicate with the client to ensure files are received on a timely basis & that all pending & rejected records identified are acted upon. 
  • Act as local point of contact for technical (ie  SFTP issues, TIA functionality regarding premiums) and premium queries from clients and/or internal
  • Own & co-ordinate resolution of client production related issues & participate in cross functional work to resolve client issues where relevant, attend
  • Provide continuous support in product development, process design and new business launch.
