We are seeking an International Sales Responsible to join our dynamic team in the Sales sector. This role involves managing and expanding our international sales operations, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of international markets. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the global expansion of our company.
General Qualifications
- University graduate, preferably from English Language and Literature, English Language Teaching, Interpreting (English), English Linguistics, or English Teacher departments.
- Fluency in English (Advanced level) is required. Speaking Spanish will be a huge plus.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in an International Sales Responsible position.
- Strong analytical thinking and persuasion skills.
- Excellent English language skills is a must.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in international sales.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management via CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize analytical thinking to solve complex sales challenges.
- Leverage persuasion skills to influence client decisions and close deals.
- Maintain a high level of English language proficiency to communicate effectively with international clients.
