Financial Reporting Responsible 

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Responsible to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for accurate financial reporting in line with Baerlocher Group reporting standards and close collaboration with auditors and internal stakeholders. 

  
Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields, 

• Very good command of written and spoken English, 

• Big 4 audit or advisory experience is highly preferred, 

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or accounting roles, 

• Strong knowledge of IFRS / German GAAP and financial reporting standards, 

• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP is must, 

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines,

• Residing in Akhisar, Manisa or İzmir (Bornova),

• For male candidates, no military service obligation.

Technical Competencies – Financial Reporting 

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements 

• Ensuring compliance with IFRS / German GAAP and local statutory requirements 

• Preparation of management reports, variance analyses, and financial disclosures 

• Support for external and internal audits, acting as a key contact for auditors 

• Identifying and implementing improvements in financial reporting processes 

• Monitoring changes in accounting standards and assessing their impact on the company 

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
