What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Manage procurement activities for production support, energy, technical materials and services across our production operations
• Develop and implement short-, mid- and long-term sourcing strategies in line with business needs
• Lead supplier negotiations and support contracting processes to achieve the best balance of cost, quality and service
• Conduct market and supplier analysis, identify alternative sources and support initiatives to improve competitiveness and supply continuity
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, while developing contingency plans for critical materials and services
• Drive cost-saving, payment term and procurement efficiency initiatives, including alternative sourcing and process improvement projects
• Work closely with Production Operations, Maintenance, Utilities, Finance, Legal, Controlling and Global Procurement teams
• Support contract management, procurement master data, purchase orders and supplier delivery follow-up
• Track procurement performance and prepare regular reports and presentations for management
• Ensure procurement activities are carried out in line with company policies, quality standards and relevant requirements

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical categories
• Experience in technical procurement, supplier negotiations and contract management
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), supplier development and market analysis
• Experience with SAP or Oracle procurement modules is preferred
• Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate to Bandirma
