Major tasks and responsibilities of position

• Determining and managing the critical points of the machines used during his/her shift,
• Held the seasonal employees technical trainings
• Making sure that safety rules are implemented in all operations and production is carried out in desired quality,
• Understanding the metrics followed and following the metrics required to be focused on (Capacity, Quality, Safety, Positions, etc.),
• Determining and reporting the best practices,
• Informing the senior technician in case of an adverse situation,
• Reporting in required format for the activities under his/her responsibility (business operations, harvest, drying, sizing, disinfection and packaging, quality assurance, warehouse activities)
• Following the matrixes in the fields under his/her responsibility (Capacity, Quality, Safety, Positions, etc.),
• Supporting organization of the shifts,
• Working according to the shift specified during the operating season of the factory and reporting the related issues to a top leader,
• Following certified prescriptions in disinfection line; preparing disinfectant mixture according to the prescription requested;
• Using disinfectant containers according to FIFO (first in first out) system in disinfection line;
• Making adjustments of the spraying machine according to the desired prescription in disinfection line and assisting preparation process of seed dressing;
• Supporting disinfection process by working in coordination with packing operator and analysis team,
• Supporting update of the machine adjustments by carrying out visual and glove test control of disinfected seeds during seed dressing in disinfection line; 
• Making sure that necessary labels (batch, priority number and shelf life date)on the disinfectant containers are attached on such containers in disinfection line;
• Knowing the requirements of ESTA and following the relevant rules;
• Following Occupational Safety Rules and completing %S and ISO 9001 documents;
• Ensure SAP/Data entry
• Handover equipment to peer at end of shift
• Providing occupational health and safety, taking an active part in the activities carried out for protection of the environment and ensuring its implementation on behalf of the enterprise.
• Avoiding behaviors or actions that put the health and safety of herself/himself, other employees, visitors, people and the environment into danger,
• Complying with occupational health and safety instructions and trainings, risk assessment results, emergency plans, safety and health signs and practices and ensure their implementation within the body of the enterprise,
• Follow up of ESH rules, deliver the job and daily activities of work as in line with of 5S, ISO 9001 and ESTA requirements.
• Understand the objectives of the area and maintain the expected improvement and follow-up to achieve these objectives.
• Report the risks and opportunities that detected during working
• Report all non-conformities that could have impact on customer satisfaction or process efficiency and correct them herself/himself if possible
• Maintain the all process and product checks on time, in full with the right direction and record the results.
• To participate in 5S activities in working area, to follow up the compliance with the requirements of 5S standards and to carry out the audit, to follow up the action plan resulting from the audit,
• Active / regular participate in operational review (TIER2) meetings; Management of TIER1 meetings in accordance with standards,
• Following up to date and accuracy of visual boards,
• To actively participate in the problem solving activities (fast, standard, major Kaizens, 6 Sigma projects) carried out within the factory and to manage improvement projects assigned,
• Observes the ISG, quality, efficiency, improvement suggestion etc. in the factory reporting via suggestion system, commissioning the suggestions assigned,
• Ensuring the control and supervision of autonomous maintenance activities carried out within the plant.
• To take an active role in the commissioning of new applications that come with the production system and to act as a role model for the operators.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (Vocational School) or Bachelor's Degree graduate
• Currently residing in, or willing to relocate to, Bursa/Mustafakemalpaşa
• Minimum 3 years of experience in factory process,
• Developed communication and coordination skills
• Tendency to teamwork, powerful skill of communication and relationship management
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Preferably SAP or other reporting tools knowledge
• Problem Solver, Quick Learner
