SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Beauty Travels 24, based in Germany, which serves in the health tourism sector, is looking for  ‘Social Media Specialist’ to be assigned to our Digital Marketing department at Kavacık Office. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original and engaging content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences
• Monitoring engagement and traffic metrics and competitors
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily via our social media management tool, Hootsuite. (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Build and oversee social media accounts’ design
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Work and inspire the Photographer and Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a social media specialist
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Ability to use Hootsuite, certification will be an asset
• One foreign language is a must (English, German or French)
