• University/Master degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or material science and metallurgy , 
• 8-10 years of experience in automotive industry ( min. 5 years in quality field ), 
• Min. 4 years of managerial experience, 
• International mindset / work experience, 
• Exceptional leadership and analytical skills,
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills both local and global cross cultural, 
• Sufficient knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and Q1 standards, 
• Experienced in specific requirements of OEMs especially Ford and/or Toyota 
• Excellent skills of verbal and written English, 
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, 
• No obstacles for international travelling, 
• No Military obligation for male candidates,
• Living in or willing to relocate to İzmit, İstanbul. (Anatolian Side)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establish and progress overall quality system procedures regarding with company and customer requirements and international standards, 
• Manage all the supplier quality assurance process,
• Manage PPAP, APQP, 8D, SPC activities based on project launch plan,  
• Defining and realizing the Quality Management System according to the up-to-date requirements of the automotive industry.
• Leading job skills all quality issues both customer, internal colleagues and manage customer claim,
• Manage the PPAP / PSW processes of new or transferred projects,
• Lead continuous improvement activities, 
• Developing the Quality Management System and coordinating and maintaining accreditation to relevant standards,
• Identifying and implementing areas within the Quality department and business for improvement,
• Monitoring and reporting on matters of Quality to the Management team and company personnel.
