We are looking for an “Restaurant Supervisor” who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school (preferably Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools Tourism-Hotel Management department) diploma, preferably BSc degree from the Tourism and Hotel Management Department,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in luxury hotel/restaurant environment,
  • Ability to use Micros POS,
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language,
  • Highly self-motivated and able to motivate others,
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of food and its preparation,
  • Have a good knowledge of wine and beverages,
  • Be able to relate to all levels of guest and management,
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time,
  • Must have excellent attention to details, and extensive service knowledge,
  • Presentable, giving importance to its appearance and personal hygiene / care
  • Having a guest-oriented service approach,
  • Prone to teamwork,
  • Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.

Job Description

  • Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
  • Actively participate and contribute in marketing and promotional activities, both within the restaurant of the Resort and outside.
  • Control labor expenses through effective scheduling and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
  • The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize, nurture and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons to ultimately increase loyalty as a key business driver.
  • Excellent food and beverage product knowledge
  • Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
  • Create and nurture a great place to work for all.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
