We are looking for a Spa Supervisor who is dynamic, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

·         At least 2 years practical experience in similar position for a luxury property

·         Adheres to, supports and carries out the strategic Company’s vision and values

·         Ability to motivate team and build morale

·         Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards

·         Ensure guest  experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards

·         Managing spa team members and beauty therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development

·         Manage guest feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement

·         Instil brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis

·         Liaise with other hotel departments

·         Ensure  guests receive friendly and consistent personalised service from all team members

·         Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved

·         Ensure health, safety are complied with and Spa rules are observed by members and guests

·         To have a commintment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel.

·         To have knowladge of current spa trends in the industry

·         Effectively monitor the daily spa operation flow and appointment scheduling, professionally coordinate last-minute changes, and keep the team informed in a timely manner.

·         Support the promotion and sales of spa services and premium retail products.

·         Create requests for necessary products and equipment, inspect the compliance of spa areas with brand and hygiene standards, and manage maintenance and repair needs in coordination with Technical Services.
