QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree from business related fields,
• Very good command of English,
• A good command of German is a plus,
• +5 years experience in building and managing a consumer-facing online business,
• Familiar with listing optimization, market analysis and online marketing
• Knowledge of marketplace product listing panels and integration programs,
• Team player that is highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized and efficient.

• Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform,
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns,
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment,
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance,
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders,
• Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities,
• Advise on the growth strategy for brands and the marketplace,
• Work with analytics, tech, or agency partners to build reporting and insights capabilities to enhance operational excellence,
• Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction,
• Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website,
• Observe the sales, promotions, marketing activities over digital platforms,
• Promote good service performance,
• Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.
