Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or related disciplines),
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment processes, preferably within the education or service sector,
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in competency-based interviewing techniques and candidate assessment processes,
• Strong communication, representation, and stakeholder management skills,
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven and detail-oriented approach,
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
• Fluency in English.

Job Description

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for academic and administrative positions within British School Istanbul,
• Sourcing candidates through career portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels,
• Building and maintaining an up-to-date candidate pipeline,
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating interviews, and preparing comprehensive assessment reports,
• Preparing regular recruitment reports and sharing them with relevant stakeholders,
• Conducting and analyzing exit interviews,
• Supporting onboarding and orientation processes for new hires,
• Providing recommendations to improve HR processes and practices,
• Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager and being responsible for all related reporting activities.
