Admissions Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to manage and oversee our student registration processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of the student admissions process, from application receipt through to the issuance of registration documents.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with prospective parents, responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update the student registration system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare regular reports related to admissions and registration activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with student information or registration systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
