Logistics and Warehouse Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,

·       Good command of written and verbal English,

·       Min.3 years Logistics and Warehouse management experience,

·       Good knowledge about MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programs,

·       Excellent analytical and communicational skills, and being detail oriented,

·       Good team player and encourages collaboration,

·       Customer oriented,

·       Determined to comply with deadlines,

·       Availability for domestic and abroad travels,

·       No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

·       Coordinate logistics and warehouse process with interesting departments,

·       Monitoring and managing warehouse KPIs, reducing costs, improving warehouse processes by informing,

·       Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by establishing, monitoring, and managing warehouse operations

·       Analysis & Reporting of Inventory, Logistics management and external operations data,

·       Adequate knowledge in foreign trade, customs related regulations and laws,

·       Contributing logistics to all planning and production follow-up processes from the beginning of the projects to their delivery,

·       Planning and executing internal logistics activities (between central warehouse, goods receiving warehouse, return/recovery warehouse, and between different workshops) in manufacturing processes

·       Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and budget standards are met

·       Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping

·       Train and manage warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
