About the Role

Bozzetto Group is seeking a field-oriented and dynamic join our Technical Service Team in Nazilli.

This position focuses on industrial water treatment and geothermal applications. The selected candidate will actively support customers on-site, conduct field and laboratory analyses, and work closely with technical supervisors to ensure operational excellence at industrial facilities and geothermal power plants.

This role is not laboratory-based only. It requires frequent site visits and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to industrial and geothermal water treatment customers

• Conduct field tests and laboratory analyses

• Monitor system performance and recommend technical improvements

• Prepare technical service reports in English

• Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication

• Travel frequently to customer sites

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering

• Recently graduated or up to 2 years of experience (water treatment experience is an advantage)

• Residing in Aydın or Nazilli

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)

• Valid driving license (active driver)

• Completion of military service (for male candidates)
