?In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our sales team and our clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order entry to delivery.
?What you’ll do:
? Manage the full order cycle (from entry to invoicing).
? Support the sales team with quotes and commercial documentation.
? Maintain accurate records in our CRM/ERP systems.
? Collaborate with logistics and finance to ensure on-time delivery.
?What we’re looking for:
?? 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or Administration B2B
?? Fluent in English (written and spoken).
?? Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/CRM software.
?? A proactive, "can-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
?Order Management: Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system from entry to delivery.
?Customer Support: Handle client orders, shipping
?Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, commercial offers, and reports.
?Data Maintenance: Keep CRM and ERP systems updated with accurate customer info.
?Internal Liaison: Coordinate with logistics and finance to resolve shipping or invoicing issues.
