QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Engineering, or Foreign Trade),
• Excellent command of English and Russian,
• Additional proficiency in French and/or Arabic is considered a plus,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales and/or export sales,
• Experience in the automotive or automotive spare parts industry is preferred,
• Strong planning, follow-up, and coordination skills with an analytical mindset,
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills,
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience,
• No travel restrictions,
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving and managing orders from existing and potential international customers,
• Resolving customer issues related to products and company services,
• Monitoring and managing shipment processes from end to end,
• Acquiring new customers and developing existing customer portfolios,
• Following up on collection processes and managing payment schedules,
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and presenting them to management,
• Monitoring customer receivables and ensuring timely collections,
• Managing and following up on defective, missing, or incorrect product claims,
• Providing operational and commercial support to the sales team.
