QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities

/ Following customs clearance operations for production materials, spare parts, finished goods etc on time with optimum cost and in accordance with the existing legislation

/ Instructing customs broker about import operations

/ Controlling import operation costs and forwarding the invoices with necessary explanations to prepare imported products, parts orders

/ Create Reports , Measures the performance (KPI Tracking) of inbound logistics chain and take an action accordingly & operate or supports cost or process-effective logistics optimization projects with digitalization approach

/ Responsible for tracking of updates in customs legislations and supporting other departments for cross border logistics related questions or providing troubleshooting for difficulties

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s degree in, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics or International Relations preferable with Logistics focus

/ Knowledge for MS Office must , MS Access & SAP is an asset

/ Experience in transportation types (road, sea, air, train) is preferable

/ Customs Regulations & Procedures & Transit Trade Regulations Import knowledge

/ Fluent English is a must
