Your Responsibilities

/ Leading, coordinating, road mapping and developing the strategic i4.0 & automatization & digitalization projects in logistics activities

/ Managing the logistics warehouse masterplan studies in terms of headcount, equipment, space, utilization for finished goods (inc. external WH’s) and material warehouse also BCM, cechnical requirements

/ Managing MTM (Methods Time Measurement) and ergocheck studies for all warehouses (inc. external WH’s), accordingly defining of required HC & equipments & resources in WH’s

/ Planning, tracking and reporting LO investment budget including order creation, BP & FC planning and invoicing process  

/ Creating & calculating logistics engineering ratio projects and creating on MTT system

Your Profile

/ Bachelors degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (or similar field od engineering) with 3-5 years similar experience in logistics areas

/ Project management skills and understanding of design thinking

/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working with organizational ability and desire

/ Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills and command of English (verbal and written)

/ Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving, assertive and team player with intercultural competence
