Logistics Specialist (Import & Export)

Job Description : 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate import and export operations from order placement to final delivery
Handle Letter of Credit (LC) processes, including document preparation, follow-up, and compliance
Oversee and execute transit trade operations in accordance with international regulations
Manage processes related to the Inward Processing Regime (IPR / Dahilde İşleme Rejimi)
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments
Prepare, check, and monitor all shipping and customs documentation
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while optimizing costs
Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws and company policies
Identify opportunities for process improvement within logistics operations

Qualifications : 

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in both import and export operations

Solid knowledge of:

Letter of Credit (LC) procedures
Transit trade operations
Inward Processing Regime (Dahilde İşleme Rejimi)

Proven experience in handling end-to-end international logistics processes
Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications : 

Experience working with international suppliers and global logistics networks
Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices
