Financial Analyst

Event ticketing and event advising company BUGECE, is seeking a Financial Director (raise to become CFO). 

The candidate will be an active participant of the team by involving in all parts of the operations cycle in Beirut and Istanbul (Operations will grow Russia/Romania/Central Europe/South America.)

Job Description

• Developing financial models for prospective investments
• Analyzing company business plans and conducting top-down and bottom-up company analysis, working with due diligence teams
• Conducting industry and market research
• Preparing internal reports
• Helping with portfolio management and information 
• Tax Planning

Qualifications

• Strong academic background from a top tier university. Holding an MBA degree or a CFA charter is a plus
• 1-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, management consultancy, financial advisory, strategic planning or business development
• Strong analytic and financial modeling skills and understanding of different valuation methods
• Quick learner, adaptable, positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Fluent in Turkish, English & preferably German, Arabic, French and Spanish would be a plus.
