General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration etc.

• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration etc
• At least 5 years of experience in credit control, risk management, or debt collection.
• Basic competence in MS Office,
• In-office working type.
• Experience in Finance and Accounting ERP tools (SAP, Oracle etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in English
• To have time management and organization skills,
• To be open to cooperation and continuous improvement,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Having the ability to work under intensive work,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilites : 

• Conducting customer credit risk assessment and risk analysis processes,
• Determining and regularly reviewing customer credit limits and taking necessary actions,
• Effectively managing accounts receivable (collection) processes,
• Monitoring international customer accounts,
• Tracking overdue receivables and maintaining communication with customers,
• Preparing aging reports and providing regular reporting,
• Analyzing financial statements,
• Working in coordination with sales and accounting teams,
• Providing support for cash flow management.
