Çakır Schools is seeking a qualified and passionate Biology Teacher to join its dynamic and expanding academic team for the 2026–2027 Academic Year. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality instruction within the framework of theIB Diploma Programme (DP), demonstrate strong knowledge of the Turkish National Curriculum  and teach in English.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with teaching certification (pedagogical formation); a Master’s degree is preferred
• Experience with or strong awareness of the IB Diploma Programme
• Ability to teach bilingually (Turkish and English)
• A genuine passion for teaching and learning, viewing education as a lifelong commitment
• Proficiency in integrating educational technologies, AI-based tools, and digital learning environments for pedagogical purposes
• Openness to professional growth and innovative teaching practices
• Sensitivity to sustainability, global citizenship, and ethical digital literacy
• Prior teaching experience and willingness to further develop instructional practice through professional training
• Research-oriented, innovative, growth-minded, and committed to lifelong learning
• Strong communication skills; effective in collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
• Well-developed problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
