Qualifications
- Are experienced native English speakers in early childhood or international school settings
- Hold a degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of child development and concept-driven learning
- Can design and facilitate inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning experiences that nurture agency, reflection, and conceptual understanding
- Integrate digital learning tools and AI-supported applications to enhance engagement, assess learning, and document development
- Foster social–emotional learning by creating a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom community
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the leadership team to ensure alignment with Çakır Schools’ Educational Philosophy and the IB Learner Profile
- Approach teaching as a lifelong learning journey—reflective, research-informed, and responsive to each child’s potential
