• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is an asset
• 7-8 years of experience in marketing
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience with a flexible and creative approach
• Good at planning, analysis and reporting,
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications,
• Excellent communication skills in English
• No restrictions to travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Implementing Product Management Strategy
• Responsible for Implement and development of Product USP & Positioning
• Responsible for definition of the Operational Marketing Plan goals, objectives and KPIs (qualitative and quantitative) and for monitoring KPIs
• Monitor business results and proactively initiate activities based on results
• Responsible for Product Budget andP&L
• Responsible for local pricing strategy
• Customer knowledge and customer visits with sales
• Manage product launch process for and generic Product promotions
• Responsible for product lifecycle management
• Responsible for product related Marketing Communication activities
• Provide product knowledge (training events etc)
• Responsible for core functional management of the team to ensure high performance and motivation
