Since 2020, Codebrew has been the favorite hangout spot for all members of Codeway. Its freshly brewed cup, many friendships, dreams, Aha! moments, success stories, failures, and valuable lessons have been shared over a cup of delicious coffee. As Codeway expands into new horizons, Codebrew becomes home to our most beautiful memories.

Now, we’re looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about serving the best coffee. Codebrew is not just a coffee shop. And for you - it’ll be more than just serving coffee. Codebrew represents an important part of #CodewayLifestyle and our culture.

Besides preparing beverages and managing all kitchenette responsibilities, 

Barista we’re looking for will be responsible for taking good care of Codebrew and sustaining it as the coolest meeting spot in our office. 

You’ll be actively taking part in the organization process of office events such as happy hours and birthday celebrations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking orders, mixing and serving hot and cold beverages based on established recipes and individualized requests,
• Assisting the team members and our guests in the selection of their ordersWelcoming our guests properly and onboarding new Codeway members,
• Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products,
• Continually works to expand product knowledge of coffee and tea,
• Providing consistent quality in the preparation of drinks,
• Maintaining stock on service items and replenishing as required,
• Notifying relevant people if supplies need to be ordered,
• Preparing the open buffet breakfast every morning,
• Arranging necessary Codebrew supplies and cups/mugs to make attractive displays,
• Maintaining the bar & office areas neat and clean,
• Maintenance of coffee machines,
• Acting as an office and event manager from time to time,
• Supporting the organization of happy hours and birthday celebrations by working together with Brand and HR teams,
• May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
