Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational environment, preferably in a FMCG company
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools
• SAP knowledge for Customer Service, Demand Planning, Inventory, SKU analysis
• Overall understanding on Demand Planning & Supply processes
• Strong analytical skills with strict attention to detail
• Good team player with proactive thinking and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Maintaining and improving Demand Planning for 2 countries
• Responsible for managing monthly planning cycle in close contact with country teams and GMs
• Managing SKU portfolio reporting as well as managing monthly SKU master tracking tool across countries
• Preparation, coordination and consolidation of Budget Review deck with cross functional collaboration
• Responsible for New Product management, timelines, follow up with cross functional collaboration
• Preparing SKU simplification analysis, Inventory analysis, Demand Planning changes analysis
• Working closely with DP Manager and New Product Manager to establish and provide necessary tools on NAMET regional level
• Coordination remotely with Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Distributor teams, Division teams as required
• Upgrading and improving current processes to streamline across countries in NAMET region
• Giving support in all analysis required on a need basis for inventory, SKU, Demand Planning, Sales
