General Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabric development and sourcing processes for global retail brands,
• Strong knowledge of fabric types, textile production, and testing processes,
• Proven skills in negotiation, vendor management, and contract negotiations,
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
• Advanced level of English proficiency.

Job Description

• Ensuring the timely completion of all fabric development and pricing processes,
• Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with fabric suppliers,
• Evaluating new and existing suppliers in terms of performance and reliability,
• Ensuring quality and compliance standards of all sourced fabrics,
• Tracking the validity periods and samples of additional tests required for products; entering results into the system and following up on related invoices,
• Creating required data for the department; preparing, supporting analysis of reports, and ensuring proper archiving,
• Identifying denim, woven, and knit fabric order requirements for relevant departments; consolidating quantities and managing supplier selection and follow-up within the global sourcing network,
• Conducting fabric R&D activities in line with Design team requests and managing supplier relationships accordingly.
