As we continue to expand our global sales network, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated International Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our international growth journey.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our global sales team and contribute to the growth of our international operations. This position is ideal for an early-career candidate who would like to gain hands-on experience in international trade, market research, and technical sales support.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitors.

• Coordinate export documentation with customers and internal teams and follow up on payment processes.

• Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team regarding technical inquiries and customer claims.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for new markets, marketing activities, and product development.

• Support international marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and trade fair preparations.

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain customer records.

• Follow customer communications and respond to emails in a timely manner.

• Report sales activities and market developments to department management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.

• Up to 2 years of experience, with a strong interest in international trade, sales, or marketing.

• Excellent command of English (C1 level).

• Knowledge of Spanish or French is considered a strong advantage.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn technical product details.

• No travel restrictions.
