We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul, for CoreX Holding.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a reputable university,
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance,
• Experience in M&A projects in Mining, Energy, Logistics is a plus,
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation (in English),
• Strong understanding of commercial and operational dynamics in large-scale industrial projects,
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; additional,
• Strong focusing and interpersonal skills, ability to work in multiple projects,

Responsibilities:

• Managing legal processes related to banking law, project finance, structured finance, and other financing and banking transactions.
• Supporting the team in merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions and related legal processes.
• Coordinating the review, management, and follow-up of general commercial agreements and other legal coordination matters.
• Managing legal processes related to Structured Finance transactions.
• Managing Short-Term Loan and Intra-Group Financing transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring loan documentation, including general facility agreements, security documents, and other financing-related documentation.
• Preferably supporting the M&A, Tax, and Project Finance teams in merger and acquisition transactions.
• Preferably identifying and engaging external law firms for project-related legal support, obtaining and evaluating fee proposals, summarizing legal advice, and coordinating legal processes with external counsel.
• Preferably overseeing the management of general commercial agreements and supporting internal team coordination.
