QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a new member for our Regional IT HelpDesk Team. The position will be located in Gebze, Kocaeli, Turkey.
- At least Vocational School degree
- 1+ year of experience in personal computer support
- Advanced Level of English (must) – reading, writing, comprehension – Needs to be able to interact with IT colleagues and systems in English
- Advanced local Turkish language – able to interact with all local users in Turkish if required and translate requirements into English with IT systems
- Application knowledge in the areas of Office suites, email applications (Outlook)
- Hardware knowledge in the areas of Personal Computers.
- General knowledge of computer networking – PC to network printer, server, etc.
- General knowledge of computer hardware – PC, Monitor, Printers
- General knowledge of mobile technology –iPhone, Android
İŞ TANIMIScope of Position:
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Acquisition, installation, maintenance and use of desktop technology.
- Respond to cases in specified support queues
- Potential for some project work
- Remote support for users and offices with no onsite IT personnel as time permits beyond local responsibilities
