About the Company
Cortex Energy is an international aviation fuel company with more than 20 years of experience. We serve all airports across Turkey, as well as more than 2,000 airports on seven continents. Our clients include commercial airlines, VIP operators, charter flights, and cargo carriers. Our head office is located in Florya, Istanbul.

About the Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented specialist with strong communication skills to join our head office team. In this role, you will be at the center of daily operational processes, ensuring smooth coordination between operators, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming fuel requests, managing the process from start to finish
• Maintaining timely and accurate correspondence with suppliers and operators
• Assisting in the preparation of quotations and operational documentation
• Coordinating invoicing processes with relevant departments
• Keeping operational data and records up to date in the company system

Requirements

• Russian language proficiency at C1 level or above is mandatory
  (written and spoken language skills will be tested during the interview)
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in aviation, logistics, or international trade is an advantage
• Ability to manage intensive multi-channel correspondence effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and results-oriented
