About Job


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening long-term relationships with multinational clients within the consultancy and outsourcing industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing corporate sales and business development activities in alignment with company growth objectives and strategic priorities
  • Developing and executing short, mid, and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with multinational and global clients by acting as a trusted business partner
  • Identifying client needs and offering value-added consultancy solutions, additional services
  • Managing the entire sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, needs analysis, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, contract management, and closing processes
  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Expanding existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling strategies while increasing client engagement and retention
  • Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring prospective clients through market research, networking activities, and industry events
  • Conducting regular client visits to strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure long-term partnerships
  • Developing customized service models and solutions in line with client expectations and evolving market dynamics
  • Preparing comprehensive sales forecasts, business development reports, and customer analytics for management review
  • Demonstrating consultative selling capabilities with a focus on long-term partnership development and client value creation


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management within service, outsourcing, consulting, or B2B solution sales environments
  • Previous experience in payroll outsourcing, HR solutions, technology solutions, or consultancy sales is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Social Security, payroll, tax regulations, and outsourced business services is considered a strong asset
  • Proven experience in managing multinational or global client relationships
