A Quality Engineer is sought to join our rapidly growing company with the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

• Profeciency in English.

• Certified in Welding Engineering.

• Experience in quality processes related to pressure vessels manufacturing.

• Knowledge of weld inspection techniques, both destructive and non-destructive.

• Ability to read technical drawings.

• Experienced in quality measurement techniques.

• Familiar with industrial standards and processes including TSI, ERA, RID, UIC, ASME, GHOST, CE, EN, ISO, TSE.

• Possess analytical thinking skills, developed analytical abilities, and results-oriented.

• Awareness of quality production practices.

• Completed military service for male candidates.

• Residing or able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli.

Job Description

• Monitor the control stages of manufactured products and supervise inspections when necessary.

• Read and interpret relevant standards, and create control plans and checklists according to these standards.

• Review project specifications and develop a work plan based on quality evaluation.

• Ensure the maintenance of records related to quality control of welded manufacturing and perform analyses.

• Carry out WPS, PQR, WPQ processes and organize NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) activities.

• Coordinate field inspection personnel.
